[The NCPTF and PTF do, however, allow for non-Peace Tax Fund mailings to be sent to our members under certain guidelines. The mailing is done in such a way that there is no opportunity for the other group to obtain possession of our list. Either a third-party professional mailing house is used, or the NCPTF/PTF itself oversees the mailing. The NCPTF and PTF allow other organizations to send mail to our list for substantive and organizational reasons.]
